Welcome to Callahan's General Store -- an Austin landmark for more than 25 years! In 1978, we set up a general store right next to our Feed & Milling Company to serve nearby ranchers who didn't want to make the long drive into the Austin. Now we find ourselves in the Austin metropolitan area between downtown and the airport. We provide just about anything one would need to live a simple life at home on the range: fertilizer, feed, botanical hand lotion, plumbing and auto supplies, lampshades, night lights, skillets, live baby ducks and chicks, horseshoes, saddles, and, of course, a full line of Stetson cowboy hats.

As we prepare to enter our third decade, we are pleased to expand beyond our store front and on to the world wide web. So whether you are in Paris, Texas or Paris, France you can browse the virtual shelves of our on-line catalog or ask us a question about why your rabbit will not eat that generic pet food that you just bought.
